A Polystyrene Compactor That Needs No Heat
The FD-300SC is a cold compaction EPS compactor machine that processes up to 265 lbs/hr (120 kg/h) of EPS / EPE / EPP foam, reducing volume up to 50:1. Loose foam is pressed into dense blocks without melting, ready to ship to a recycler.
Compact unit with a small 300 x 300 mm chute — handles EPS and rigid PIR.
